We have everything

I have not talked with my old friend from high school.

Just randomly I talked yesterday with her and asking how she is doing ?

Sounds like she is doing well. and I knew it because of her instagram tell me.

She told me good message that I wanted to hear.

She stopped doing against the her life flow...

then it became her life easier than before.

She appreciate what she has, Such as enough to have food, enough to sleep, enjoy plying in the nature and working hard with health body which naturally connect with Mother Earth. that she said.

When people are busy or worry we forget things. we have everything front of us.

We could not see if we are not connect ourselves sometimes. then won't see even we have everything.

I needed to hear that. I think the messages from her is sign for me.

Junko! you have everything, you are doing good! no need to worry so much!
